All staff members are trained in accordance with North Carolina mental health licensure requirements and receive ongoing education to maintain high standards of care.

Owner/Administrator

Ann
With a strong background in legal and compliance, Ann brings a high level of professionalism, organization, and accountability to healthcare operations. She has successfully completed the Administrator-In-Training (AIT) program and passed the required administrator examination, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.
Ann is passionate about supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges by offering person-centered care, life skills development, and emotional support in a calm, nurturing residential setting.

Qualified Professional (QP)

Francis, MC, CRC, LCMHC-A
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Francis specializes in helping individuals develop coping strategies, build life skills, and work toward greater independence and stability. He is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where residents feel heard, respected, and empowered in their recovery journey.
Francis collaborates closely with the care team to develop and monitor individualized service plans, ensuring that each resident receives care tailored to their unique strengths and goals.

Direct Service Professionals

Beyond daily care, our DSPs build meaningful relationships with residents—offering encouragement, emotional support, and structure throughout the day. They monitor well-being, document progress, and communicate closely with the care team to ensure each resident’s needs are met with dignity and consistency.
