Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding fees, payments, and any potential refunds for services provided by Skayter Dean LLC.
Private Pay Fees
All private pay fees are due in advance and are typically billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Community / Admission Fee
Any initial Community Fee (or Admission Fee) is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs, intake processing, and preparation for admission.
Monthly Fees
Monthly service fees are generally non-refundable once services have begun, as they reserve placement and staffing for the resident.
In the event of a discharge or early move-out:

Refunds, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Any approved refunds will be prorated at the discretion of Skayter Dean LLC
Hold / Reservation Fees
If a bed is reserved prior to move-in, a hold fee may be required. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Discharge or Termination
In the event of discharge or termination of services:

Any outstanding balances must be paid in full

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with this policy
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Skayter Dean LLC management.
